Thank you for your advice: I did add
chmod +x install.sh
and now the script runs without MacOS complaining.
However, since I had downloaded a new script yesterday and had updated to
version 2024.01.23, I cannot check whether the issue was adding +x to the file
install.sh
frequently typeset the component as I’m working. This is very
quick. I only typeset the entire product if I intend print or send it, or when
I need to check some product-wide element like references. Components can be
nested, so take this approach to whatever extreme you desire.

I made a completely new profile to check and the issue exists there too.
Though after testing a bit I realized that the white lines appear on
specific zoom levels and disappear on others.
