I want to have chapter names in the header text and I want them in boldface. This works: \setupheadertexts[text][{\bf My book}][chapter] but this: \setupheadertexts[text][{\bf my book}][\bf chapter] just shows the literal word "chapter". So how do I do this? John Culleton ___
