Isn't there a set of macros or module to handle inclusion of pstricks
in context?

I have never try to use pstricks with ConTeXt but I'm used to use it
with LaTeX...
1- If you want to use advanced features based on pstricks (like
pst-eucl, pst-circ, etc.), my thought is (IMHO) that there is no obvious
solution.
2- Depending on what do you want to do, you can maybe con

Uppercase, however, are sorted under the letter they resemble (A, O).
Inputting the letter directly (å,ä,ö) make them be indexed before the
start of the alphabetized index, not even under a, o.
