[NTG-context] Pdf bookmark

I am becoming bewildered by the multiple versions of Context now being discussed. For some years now I have used Context for complex layouts with tables and so on. The texlive version works OK for me. But now I see. mkii mkiv XeTeX Luatex etc. etc. So what is the target audience for each of
