Just to make sure: have you updated the MikTeX packages recently? It looks like you have new ConTeXt and old Latin Modern fonts to me, but I might be wrong. I believe this was the problem. I recently upgraded to MikTeX 2.7, but I also moved my packages with: mpm [snip] --import-all. I guess
