No need to run it yourself. It has to do with the interpretation/
assignements of the 'fit' options in:
\setupinteractionscreen
[option=max,
width=fit,
height=fit]
Replacing 'fit' by an explicit height seems to repair it. But I have
no idea why the behaviour of 'fit' suddenly
minimum source:

• in MKⅣ only if the first line is commented, i.e. without

But thats not possible. I am six times asked for a replacement name
for 'page-log.tex' which does not exist. I gave him 'page-log.mkii'
and finally all goes ok.
