straight marginrules but also dotted ones, to
be invoked with \startmarginrul

interested in extending \setuparranging.
As already explained in previous messages, I think it would be useful to
have \setuparranging[2*4*2] for any given number of pages. Having 16
pages to impose isn’t always an option.
