Try running:
mktexlsr
texexec --make --all
mktexlsr
texexec --make --xtx --all
mtxru
Try running:
mktexlsr
texexec --make --all
mktexlsr
texexec --make --xtx --all
mtxrun --selfupdate
mtxrun --generate
luatools --generate
context --make
You may not need to run all of them... but it is easier this way.
