Torrenting simply won't work with good simple firewall rules in place.
But then he will just resort to Rapidshare and download the same stuff.
So then you should block that.
Then he will find another way...Which is why he needs to be warned,

from the inside ? Thus, people woulndn´t be able to connect to him. I
