Any chance you are looking to upgrade to a newer tv? If so, most will be
DLNA compatible, so you will be able to stream from you Windows 7 machine
to the TV, either as a push or a pull. You can also do the same thing with
the newer BlueRay players. Works very well. I've go that working with all
DVD/BD is dead ;)

It does not require an internet connection for the infected PC, and seems to
update at download, requiring a new CD each time, unless you go with the USB

Wizard. I tried re-running the /copy:DATSOU and included skipped files but
didn’t seem to change. I also removed the default permissions inherting. In any
event, the copy wizard worked fine, it was only about 100gb
