This might be a paradigm shift and also depends on the number of physical hosts
and VMs, but why not consider running vCenter on a VM? That reduces the need
for a physical server to host it and also provides some flexibility if you also
have DRS, HA, etc.

There seems to be a Windows Update this month that modified Outlook's behavior
on a number of fronts. I don't have many details at this point, but at home my
wife had issues checking gmail in Outlook 2007. It turned out to be Secure

The vmware tools upgrade went poorly and now the lanmanserver (server) service
