why is it that it won't use at least half of the 10.37 Mbps upload from fios? Colo is 66.08 Mbps down 57.34 Mbps upload and FIOS is down 36.5 Mbps 10.37 Mbps upload. Backups since last night (started at 3:30 am) using acronis, via FTP (using filiezila server) at about 2.2 Mbps max I saw is 2.4Mbps
