Is this a newish computer? A Dell? Dell computers have Windows Live
Esentials, IIRC on them, which uses SQL server. Since I wipe all computers
before deploying, I don't have this problem.

Yeah… I’ve demoed SugarCRM to the ACT! user and he likes it, especially after I
assured him it’ll do email-merge, etc. J
