Yes I have tried this with no luck I'm running into a time crunch
so I might have to live with DFS 2000 mode If i can't find a solution.

That's the thing there is no names space created yet. I could try creating one
then migrating it
I was also just reading through the dsutil.exe commands and see that I can
specify v2 (2008
