I would put them in their own domain and let them have at it. Most
dev houses I've worked at have had to succumb to that to mitigate work
stoppages.

Is there any way I can grant my developers permissions to register dll files
to their local machine with out giving them local admin privies? They are
using the Gacutil from VS 2008 to try to register them. All of their
computers are XP SP2 fully patched and are in a Windows 2000/2003 domai
