If they do not have a need to use digital signatures, you can install Outlook on a Mac without using Parallels or VMWare Fusion or even having to boot into windows via boot camp. Install CrossOver Mac from www.codeweavers.com. Don't have the hassle of running windows on top of OS X or using boot

The key thing to keep in mind is that Entourage is, essentially, a really spiffy WebDAV client. Unless there are some compelling workflow reasons which would be made easier with the Mac (automation using AppleScript is a LOT more accessible than the various Windows scripting languages), I'd either
