I approved it in WSUS and installed it a few minutes ago. It updates
the db
The report viewer does not. And it appears the WSUS update doesn't
either.

already had that version downloaded and installed.

One wonders why the Report Viewer couldn't have also been distributed
via WSUS or bundled into the SP2 update since everyone will pretty much need
