The eOpen one is the second one.
The cool thing about the media from Microsoft these days, is that the
downloads from either location will work with all volume licencing keys.
Just be sure to use the correct key for the appropriate location. Retail
and OEM are different beasts, still. And tha
FWIW, pretty much all my technet downloads seem to follow the nomenclature
of the first filename you list, not the second.
