[Nut-upsuser] Most Informative UPS

2023-09-04 Thread Raymond Burkholder
Hello, I have an older APC Smart UPS 1500 (2011-11-03) which shows far more values then my Smart-UPS_1500 (2023/04/14) SMC1500C.  With UPSC, the first provides a ups.load, but the second does not provide up.load.  Even a Back-UPS XS 1300G shows more values.  Does the cloud for SMC1500C

I don't think they have variables attached (maybe some for known verdicts after a test). The tests and other available ops should be among `upscmd -l`. Jim On Mon, Sep 4, 2023, 11:12 Łukasz Michalski via Nut-upsuser < nut-upsuser@alioth-lists.debian.net> wrote: > Hi, > > I have Eaton 3S 700

Hi, I have Eaton 3S 700 connected and configure using nut-2.8.0 under ArchLinux. OL, OB reporting works OK, but I am not able to enable battery testing. Variables ups.test.* are not reported by upsc: [root@black ~]# upsc eaton@192.168.20.2 |grep ups.* device.type: ups driver.name: usbhid-ups
