Issues happen pre-init. So no NUT. Also tested on systems with, and without NUT installed. I have confirmed this issue with the ubuntu-20.04.2-desktop-amd64.iso, to make sure you can replicate it (I hope). I am also having the same issue on my ProxMox box with "5.4.101-1-pve" kernel (Latest). I

So confused. Downloaded Ubuntu 20.04 (ubuntu-20.04.2-desktop-amd64.iso) and booted my laptop to a liveCD environment. Watched all the systems logs and plugged in. UPS did it's "REMOTE SHUTDOWN". Nothing of interest in the logs. Unplugged the USB and waited about 5m. Plugged USB back into my lap
