Shinnicock Inlet... for who knows what! My usual route of the Quogue Bridge to
Dune Rd., and then east to Hampton Bays was out of the question today, unless

There are some nice puddles in a field along the west side of Dickersonville
Rd, ½ mile south of Youngstown-Wilson Road, in the Town of Porter. Today,
there were a few hundred CANADA GEESE there (there have been almost no large
groups of geese in Porter or Wilson this spring) plus one adult
on January 23rd. This bird
