On my way home tonight I observed a female Yellow Warbler hopping around in my lane on Lincoln Ave just south of DeWitt Rd. in New Rochelle.  There was alot of traffic at that time and I was able to slowly drive over it without harm as did two other drivers behind me.  I pulled over to try to
