Late yesterday (11/01/15) afternoon, there was a female Harlequin Duck at Dead Horse Bay in Brooklyn. It was very close to shore, near the pilings closest to the Gil Hodges Bridge. It was fairly dark when it flew off, around 5:15-5:30. It appeared to me that it may have been flying in the di
