On Saturday morning, the spoonbill was seen by myself and others at the Cold Spring Harbor town dock. We observed it flying out, heading north toward Long Island Sound. At 3:15pm, a spoonbill was discovered in New Canaan, CT. It looks to me like the same bird. https://ebird.org/alert/summary?
