Wednesday afternoon at approx 4pm a dark grey small car driven by a woman
turned from Arnold Street into Gordon (i.e. wrong way into the one-way). An
ADT guy on a bicycle peddled furiously after her and they turned right into
Lower Main Road. Seems likely it could be the same person. Does anyone h

How is that possible that you have a suspect with a warrant our for
her sitting blatantly in a public place and you cannot arrest her?
Are warrants not connected to ID numbers?
Is there no computer system?
