Wednesday afternoon at approx 4pm a dark grey small car driven by a woman turned from Arnold Street into Gordon (i.e. wrong way into the one-way). An ADT guy on a bicycle peddled furiously after her and they turned right into Lower Main Road. Seems likely it could be the same person. Does anyone h

Question to police here: How is that possible that you have a suspect with a warrant our for her sitting blatantly in a public place and you cannot arrest her? Are warrants not connected to ID numbers? Is there no computer system? Why is Tableview not able to give details, when they are required
