[obsnw] Car stolen and recovered - Rochester Road

Hi all My neighbour's car was stolen on Rochester Road yesterday, and quickly recovered by SAPS in Maitland. Other than that, I don't have many details. I believe from my conversation with the police officer that the car was not alarmed, and the time of the theft is uncertain as the car was parked
