I take Rosemary's point about the problems of financing Annemarie's suggestions, but would like to say that I agree with Annemarie that too often we see the VS guys chatting in a group. It's probably a bit of a boring job, but that's too bad - they must do their patrolling! I walk for 20-30 minutes
