At approx. 9.30pm last night, my Nissan NP200 flashed a blue light - (it is
super alarmed) - which meant someone was a little to close for comfort to

did not see much in the line of a convincing argument in this example
- exactly what building regulations are being broken.
And there should be a relevant complaint/objection opportunity for
residents not affected. Quite frankly
I wish we can get ourselves organized, so that we can immediately send out
a public alert requesting: 'Please Help!', together with a phone number and
an address, whenever something like this happens. Then those of us who
receive the alert can immediately move towards the scene to see how we can
