I totally agree. Most homeless around central Obs are there due to
sustance abuse.
Nicole can not be helped. She will end up dead on the street. Probably
before the end of winter.
For as long as people give handouts people like her will be attracted to
Lower Main.
The greatest threat is the li

The state should cover the burial.
I dont agree this is a forum for financial requests. Even in such sad
circumstances. We have many previous mails of complaints regarding the
issue of vagrants as a problem. Regardless of this sad time our focus it to
discourage homeless folks as we all agree th
Establish who the owners are and take it up with them.
A forced sale on auction due to derelict state? Will take time and money
no doubt.
Best route is to get owners on board.

Its a pity the police can only issue fines on parked cars and not actually
get the speeding offenders, drug dealers and other folks who loiter on
corners waiting for thier next victim. The truth is that a person can
drink, sleep,do drugs, have sex or shit in a public place without recourse

Well done to OBSID for taking the initiative to introduce some accountability
at the car park. I think it's a great idea that OBSID will be improving on the
existing system of random people.
I'm confident a certain amount of training and controls will be in place and we
will all have a bet
The car guards will be there with or without Obsid and we have no way to remove
them. The people I have come across are polite and helpful. They are
unemployed and need opportunity. Maybe Ttevor has a job for them as an
alternative.

Trevor,
Hence my second point refers. Speak to the neighbour thus relying on mutual
respect. Rather than earplugs and a joint as you have suggested.
I hardly think recommending use of illegal substances is appropriate when
muchbof our crime in Obz is drug related.

Hallo Woodstock Saps,
No doubt the two armed robberies along Lower Main road in Observatory have been
reported and acted on.
Police visibility is essential along Lower Main, especially at night.
These two incidents within a week of each other will impact negatively on

Hallo,
I don't know how a claim can be made that crime has deceased.
In the last few months Obs has had no less than 5 armed robberies.
