I think that Annemarie has some excellent ideas, whatever the cost
implications... and these can be resolved one way or another.
A good start would be to have a REGULAR and or PERMANENT POLICE
PRESENCE with CAMERAS at the folllowing points (esp during high crime
times like 10pm-6am daily and fully
Kotze Road and the open land fall out side the boundaries of Obs and the Obsid
However I think we should push to get the landowner to maintain the
land. But if you look at the Old Dairy site it is virtually impossible
to get an errant landowner to comply.
