Sounds like a trademark issue. Optionally, you can register it at the US
Patent & Trademark Office. Basically by having a registered trademark means
you can collect additional monetary damage in an infringement lawsuit.

First of all, excuse me if this question has already been answered
previously. I've tried several times to access to the archives of this
mailing list, but I got a 403 "forbidden access" error. I've also searched
everywhere for info about my problem first, without success.
