Nate, This is a common thing on modern cars too, right? Many cars I have seen over the years have screws that hold the rotor to the assembly, but you can bet that shops never reinstall those screws after they destroy them taking them off. I always thought they were just there for safety reas

Alan, Yes, I guess it does. What I mean though is that once your wheel falls off wellyour worst fear cant get much worse. Speaking of which, I should add two cents about powder coating rims. I saw a thread a while back about this and I wanted to caution about safety. When powd
