allen i converted the amp gauge to a volt gauge in my 58 myself. i disassembled my amp gauge and unscrewed the bracket from the stock gauge. then i bought a 2'' voltmeter from a parts store, everything on the new gauge was riveted. i drilled out the rivets and drilled matching holes to the stock
