Get it for the forged crank. It is the same as the 400 short stroke 442 engine. I believe my friend is still looking for a crank. I believe the heads are also big valve heads. Same as a 442, but engine stamp on front right hand head would be incorrect. A four barrel intake should have so

For $50.00 I'd grab the engine Marty. Take what ever pulleys or other parts are attached to it. You should be able to make some money on the parts unless they are extremely rusted. I was at one of the local wreckers today and they didn't have any thing older then 1975 in the yard.( I need parts for

Get it, pull the whole engine/trans/final drive package. DON'T damage the crossover shaft under the center of the engine. You can probably get your money back just by selling an intact switch pitch transmission and the 3.21 final drive to the GMC motorhome guys. Then there is the forged cr

I was walking through a local wrecking yard today looking for some parts and what did I happen to see but a 1966 Toronado, or what was left of it. I popped the hood and sure enough the B headed 425 was all there intact, except for the carb. The motor is locked solid and has probably been that way
