I have two Omnios storage servers, a primary and a backup. Users

Since updating to r151018, kerberos seems to be a little pickier when
allowing clients to connect. Before, if my secondary took over the

This reminds me a a problem I was having after updating to 151016. I posted
about it on stack exchange.

problem boiled down to the folder had needed everybody to have read
permissions for the SMB share to appear.

I was recently working through a problem where my CIFS share was unseen
after moving a ZFS file system from OpenIndiana to OmniOS. I found the
issue was with the file permissions.
My ZFS file system is called data, in a pool called zpool. On the old
server, the permissions on /zp

I recently reinstalled our backup data server with OmniOS r151016 from
OpenIndiana. It was a completely new installation with a different system
drive. I was able to import my previous pool and get replication working
again. However, it seems no matter what I do, I cannot get the new
instal
