[onap-discuss] SDC model is not getting distributed into MSO and MSO is throwing error

Hi Everyone, During 1.1 ONAP community version deployment and sanity test, we are seeing an error being thrown from MSO and also we are not able to distribute the SDC model to MSO. This is actually blocking our progress to complete the sanity check. 1.SO-82
