oparent 1.2.1 has been released.
Notable changes:
* Additional standard 3rd party library versions courtesy of the PTL
taskforce: https://git.onap.org/oparent/tree/dependencies/pom.xml
* Nexus URL definitions have been refactored out of the oparent pom and
are now expected
environments in Jenkins.
