These dates seem to be aligned with the ONAP Release plan if we decide to
maintain the same ONAP Major Release cadence.

As for my comments regarding the budget they were my personal conclusion. it
would be useful to know how the budget would be handled, not only for these
specific project, but for any/all future projects.
