I was following the discussion from the DIG hack-a-way today, but didn't
have time to chime in.
+1 to Jason's comments. I think we have some disagreement on the
proposed addition to the policy, but, overall, my sense is that the
community is fairly happy with how the original policy

I'm not 100% familiar with this area of Evergreen, but I know that
there is general support for linking of tag 880 to the corresponding
entries for display purposes in the catalog. For example, this is an
example bib record on one of my test systems:
