Hi Again - just wanted to report on a bit more testing - it looks like the
problem really is with items that have had holds that were cancelled in the
OPAC, EG doesn't want to "untarget" them and it stops the renewalshas
anyone else ever experienced this? I'm sure we've missed something

I have actually come across this problem twice before. For us it was quite
strange, and is a bit hard to describe.
When the two patrons in particular complained (we allow 2 renewals when no
Holds on item). What had happened in our case, other patrons had placed a
copy-specific Hold on
