Add an idiomatic way to devtool to clean a recipe. When using devtool
in the context of an eSDK there is no direct access to bitbake.
This command exposes the bitbake clean facility through devtool,
keeping the idiomatic interface and configurability.

This series bumps bc to version 1.07.1.
The changes include the needed:
- change of license to GPLv3 & LGPLv3 & GPLv2+
- removal of patch which has been upstreamed
- add native class to ed as it is now a build time dependency

off. Just let me know if I shall bring it.

need a concept here to actually handle the complexity it brings, or we
end up rewriting a boatload of license strings. And doing that in
create_npm.py just feels wrong to me.
