On e6,the handshake only do the last (third) step,this step has passed.
in the drivers/usb/core/hub.c,the driver can't read device descriptor and
set address,
I change the gpio config the P3_3 only as GPIO_OUT and not in fuction of USB
HOST PORT3,change the UP3OCR as 0x03,
the driver still can't
The BP seems works.

Some notes:
1) the handshake is exactly the same as on a780, ap_rdy is just another
name for mcu_int_sw, there is no need to define both.
2) the only difference regarding the handshake is that the
