VistA-Office EHR has all the functionality that is in the FOIA release
of VistA which is what OpenVistA is based on. What is different about
it is that it has VA specific information removed and simplified patient
registration and several other "modifications".

The installation of VistA is actually *extremely* simple if you start
with OpenVistA SemiVivA or OpenVistA VivA
(http://sourceforge.net/projects/worldvista). What is complicated is
