I download the i86pc static archive and i unpacked it in /opt.
When i launched it, window appeared but sound was absent.

I've tested also STK sound in VirtualBox with OpenIndiana. And it works
very well. Sorry I don't know what the problem is.

actually glxgears does the funny thing with the border if I open
another window in front of it (and glxgears appears above that window)
so it's not STK that is directly causing the redraw problem.

nothing fancy. The only thing i noticed (just now) is that the sound is out
of sync. There is an error in the terminal:

any problems, the graphics and sound were great.
My kids are just waiting to play.
