[Openlp-core] [Bug 726027] [NEW] OpenLP imports songs form the Service Order despite thier existance in the DB.

Public bug reported: Environment: Win XP SP3 OpenLP build bzr1316 Steps to reproduce: 1.Create a song in the db. 2.Add the song to the Service order. 3.Save service order list. 4.Check the option Add missing songs when opening services is checked (it is by default). 5.Open saved service one
