I think we should also consider allowing the settings path to be changed
on the command line. On Windows this would then use the ini file instead
of the registry, like the portable version does but without the
restriction as to where the ini file is located.

Just had an idea - it would be pretty cool if we had a Python script
that folks on other Linux distros could run to make a virtualenv'd
OpenLP installation.

Currently when an image is added to OpenLP, it's copied to another
location and the original image is never touched again.
This means that if the original image is ever changed, OpenLP will never
pick it up.

Most of what is the the request is incorrect. OpenLP will use the
original copy of the image unless it gets added to a service, saved and
then reloaded. At this point it is part of the service and NOT the
original.
