Hi everyone, I'm new here. I just want to know that is there any
possibility for us to control the users bandwidth? Like for example
maybe for userA i want to limit to certain limit and userB I want to
provide higher bandwidth? More or less like a control for individual
users.

Yes of course your Apache Server Moodle is running at has to be able to
access the OpenMeetings Server. If you login via SSH to your moodle box and
try to *ping $WHateverValueYouHaveForTheOpenMeetingsHost* ... that has to
work!

Sebastian, I redid the whole installation process, reconfigured the
hibernate.cfg.xml, deleted and created another database name and put
in standard OpenMeetings utf8 gerneral ci.
When you arrive at the click the install button there is taking too
long and not get out of there.
What I do, this is

Try change all tables charset that already created to UTF-8.
You can use phpmyadmin. it's work for me

It is not about the database, it is about each table.
Go and check if the tables have utf8 collation. If not delete the db again
and let openmeetings re-create it.
And of course each time you install the software you need a blank new
database, installing xx times into the same db won't work.

the tables are automatically created as soon as you run the red5.bat/sh.
If they do not exist yet and if they also do not exist if you start the
server then the data in the hibernate.cfg.xml are wrong or the database does
not listen on TCP/IP connections.

After I copy openmeetings moodle plugin to moodle directory
I do table creation for openmeetings plugin by access

It will do create table automatically. After that I need configure the
