I have one server with red5 I download OpenMeetings and copy the
directory of OpenMeetings in my webapps I configure the Database and
make the setup.
Anyway the setup never go after of the second screem .

The sounds that either you have no database connection or you did copy the
wrong folder.
Anyhow, if the installer is working, it just does never complete the
credentials for the database do not work.

You have to set the server_character_set to utf8, drop the tables and rerun
the installer if the tables are not utf8.
