Is it possible that in the past this was a configurable parameter? I
seem to remember the possibility to set the threshold value.
In r1890 the green "audio" led in the participant panel does not light
up anymore: is this related to the same issue?

Hi Sebastian,
I was just about to build r1887, but I remembered this message.
I can’t see a reference to this OL version in the BuildSources wiki
page.
Did you reverted back to 4.2.0 official? Or the OL 12711 release is
necessary?
Thanks
Lorenzo

glad to know that it works!

you can edit the rooms in the administration panel.
If you want a value different from the ones provided in the dropdown
box, you can edit the database directly, in table "rooms".

You should add red5 as a daemon.
You should make a script in /etc/init.d
For example, make a file in /etc/init.d, call it 'red5' and paste

Hi Claudio,
when you upload a new file to the room, it is first placed in
uploadtemp, then converted and moved to upload.
So you should check:
- if the file is present in the uploadtemp directory
- if openoffice headless is running on port 8100
- if swftools is on your path (e.g. launch pdf2swf fr

Hi,
I think you should build from sources, starting at least from r1663,
to have the recording feature enabled and working again.

Great Job Sebastian!
I'll try to setup latest version soon.
A question: JDK 1.5 is mandatory or do you think I can test
compilation under JDK 1.6?

In the conference room, in the chat/files/members window, select the
Files tab and click the red X to the right of the file to delete.

Another problem with r1563/r1564 client.
After OpenLaszlo compilation went successful, I entered into
Openmeetings, but the three buttons in the upper right part of the
screen are empty! They are clickable, and they do the right thing
(profile, logout, submit bug) but they do not have a label.

Hi Sebastian,

We were using the recording feature extensively; do you intend to
reimplement this feature again?
If not, please, give us a solution to reactivate recording.
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
I am not in the same conditions as your setup (I am using red5 0.7.x
r2822 snapshot), but I encountered the same error when launching the
red5.sh from a different folder than the one where red5.sh is located.
If I go into red5.sh directory and then launch ./red5.sh I obtain
correct startup of
artScreen("","","","",""); (with 5 params) solved the problem. I
don't know why in Windows the build was succesful

Hi All,
I have a problem compiling the Java webapp from r1563.
I am trying to do this operation in Ubuntu Linux (8.04.1 in English),
while my previous installation (still working with r14xx was under
Windows Server 2003.
As I am a novice, I ask you for help!
Ant is giving me some warnings and one
ompilation? Is there any way to fix this
problem?
Anyway, if I disable in configuration "sendEmailAtRegister" and
"sendEmailWithVerificationCode" the self registration goes on
correctly.
Thanks in advance for any suggestion/help.
Bye from Netdiver
