Hello, With the intention of providing windows users with a straightforward way to install (and self-compile when needed) OpenOCD, I've contacted MSYS2 developers and they were kind enough to fix and upstream PKGBUILDs for OpenOCD, libusb-1.0 and libusb-compat (based on the work by Andrew Leech).
